This course is designed to help all health professionals understand how to safely handle antineoplastic drugs and related waste.
Handling antineoplastic drugs and related waste is the first module of the Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course (ADAC).
There are three versions of the module available which recognise the different scope of practice for different health care professionals. The clinical services module is available on the ADAC homepage or the Antineoplastic drug administration for the non-cancer setting homepage.
If you are interested in learning more about ADAC please click here.
This module has been adapted from the original content and is designed for hospital services staff.

The Competency checklist for non clinical staff can be completed by a designated workplace assessor.
Certificates are only awarded once the Competency checklist has been completed. Each certificate is a PDF template and needs to have the participants name and date of completion recorded and signed by the assessor completing the competency checklist.
The certificate provided by the assessor is dependant on which module is completed.
