Record of competency assessment
Hello,

Just wondering what other sites do in terms of keeping records of reassessments.
Do you give the completed form to the participant to manage as part of their own professional development, or as a unit do you keep a copy of all reassessments for potential accreditation?

Dear Erin,

We actually got the hospital to add it to LEX and make it only available for staff who completed all of their ADAC modules and then it will prompt them annually to complete. We also keep our own spreadsheet of where our staff are up to. If they have completed it through the eviq site we can keep a record of that on our own spreadsheet once they have provided us with their certificate of reassessment of clinical competency.
