The Antineoplastic Drug Administration Course (ADAC) has  commenced its next review and opportunities are available to be involved in one of the review groups.

Group 1 – Competency criteria

Review:

  • learning outcomes
  • performance criteria

Duration:

  • up to 3 months duration commencing mid September to early December 2018

Configuration:

  • all information sent electronically -  4 x documents for review
  • 2 week review period for all documents
  • all comments collated then sent back to reviewers with proposed changes
  • 1 online meeting (date to be confirmed) to discuss proposed changes with changes confirmed in meeting
  • changes made and all documents sent to reviewers as final version

Prerequisites

  • minimum 5 years oncology / haematology experience
  • minimum 3 years experience working with ADAC

Group 2 – Learning resources

Review:

  • eviQ Education learning resources
  • *eviQ clinical resources

Duration:

  • up to 8 months duration – commencement date to be determined and EOI for involvement in this group will be sent closer to the time

Configuration:

  • all information sent electronically
  • each resource managed individually or as a group of similar resources
  • 2 week review period for each resource or group of resources
  • *eviQ clinical resources review time dependent upon resource
  • all comments collated then sent back to reviewers with proposed changes
  • 1 online meeting per resource or group of resources to discuss proposed changes with changes confirmed in meeting
  • changes made and documents sent to reviewers as final version

*The review of the eviQ clinical resources are managed through the eviQ team. The review of each clinical resource will be managed separately to the ADAC review however the review of specific resources may run concurrently with the ADAC review.

Prerequisites

  • minimum 3 years cancer care experience

Group 3 – Assessments

Review:

  • online and face to face assessments only

Duration:

  • up to 6 months duration – commencement date to be determined and EOI for involvement in this group will be sent closer to the time

Configuration:

  • all information sent electronically
  • each assessment managed individually or as a group of similar assessments
  • 2 week review period for each assessment or group of assessments
  • all comments collated then sent back to reviewers with proposed changes
  • 1 online meeting per assessment or group of assessments to discuss proposed changes with changes confirmed in meeting
  • changes made and documents sent to reviewers as final version

Prerequisites

Group 4 – Involvement in whole project

Review:

  • learning outcomes
  • performance criteria
  • proposed structure
  • learning resources
  • online and face to face assessments

Duration:

  • up to 12 months duration – commencement date mid September  2018

Configuration:

  • all information sent electronically
  • each resource/assessment managed individually or as a group of similar resources/assessments
  • 2 week review period for each resource/assessment or group of resources/assessments
  • *eviQ clinical resources review time dependent upon resource
  • all comments collated then sent back to reviewers with proposed changes
  • 1 online meeting per resource/assessment or group of resources/assessments to discuss proposed changes with changes confirmed in meeting
  • changes made and documents sent to reviewers as final version
